FAQs – BRIANA & ADRIAN

Yes. If you’re reading this it means that our plan to make this website go viral and invite the whole world (including you) to our wedding worked.

Yes. Everyone is invited to our wedding, so if there’s someone you think might not have seen the link to this invite, go ahead and share the link with them.

No. We made the decision to simply send out a link to this website as the one and only formal invitation to our wedding since it was the easiest and most efficient way to get all the info out to everyone, and provide a quick and easy way to RSVP. No one received any physical Save the Dates or Wedding Invitations.

No. There is literally zero expectation or obligation placed on anyone to come.
Whether you’re family, close friends, not-super-close friends, or had a wedding that we attended, if you can’t make it or just don’t feel like coming, we totally understand.

Yes. We are that couple that decided to have their wedding on a Wednesday… in Sacramento.

Yes. To be fair, we haven’t been officially dating for too long, but have been best friends for years and have been talking about partnering together for life for quite some time. Check out our story here to learn more about how we got to this point.

If you need to vent, gossip, troll, or hate, we understand… It happens. We’ve established a private support group just for you to help you process your feelings.

No. But the good news is that from this point on, if you ever need to get a message to him, all you need to do is go through Bri by sending a text or email to 626.629.8065 or briana.n.lovett@gmail.com and she’ll make sure you get a response.

Our good friend James Burke, who was one of the pastors at the church where we met, will be marrying us.

Cheer up! We didn’t ask anyone to be in our wedding party… There won’t be one. (or everyone is in the wedding party) This is one of those things we cut out as to make the time more enjoyable for everyone. The only people that are in the wedding are Briana, Adrian, James (officiating), and Anaiah.

Your kids are absolutely welcome to come to the ceremony, dinner, and next-day barbecue!
However, we will not have official babysitters present on site, and the after-party in Sacramento is for 21+ only.

You should wear dressy casual clothing suited for weather in the high 70s.
Also, be mindful of the shoes you wear, as we will be outside in the mountains.

Go for it! Just make sure to let us know who is coming by sending in an RSVP.

The ceremony will be quick and easy  and shouldn’t last more than half an hour.

(hopefully closer to 20 minutes)

It should take about 1 hour – 1 hour 15 minutes to get from Sacramento to the site of the wedding (this includes any traffic that may be there as people commute home from work).

While there are definitely some spots where you won’t get service as you drive up, most areas you should get a signal.

Ceremony and Dinner

Parking will be available at various spots around Bri’s grandparents’ place. There will be signs and people there to direct you where to go.

After-Party

There is plenty of free street parking around the club, and there are also plenty of Ubers/Lyfts around if you’d like to leave your car at your hotel!

You can come to as many or as few of the events as you prefer and are able to, but there’s absolutely no obligation whatsoever to attend one or the other.
We’ll just be thankful for your presence if and whenever you’re able to be there.

Bri and Adrian made the website together. After Bri failed at making her version of a good site on her own, Adrian’s perfectionism took over. Bri felt it was unnecessary to make their own site from scratch because it would be so much easier and faster to just use a wedding website template… But now that the website is finished Bri admits that it turned out way better than she imagined it could be.

If you have any other questions, you can shoot Bri a text or an email at 626.629.8065 or briana.n.lovett@gmail.com. If you reach out to Adrian you mostly likely won’t hear back (’cause you know that foo never gets back to anyone).
